October to November culinary highlights

With our dishes of pumpkin, tubers, apples, pears, elderberries, plums and mushrooms, the transition into the colder season becomes a pleasure!

At the Danube Tower, seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms, elderberries and plums are brought to the fore from September to November. The menu offers a varied selection of dishes inspired by these ingredients.

Starters include the Erdäpfel-Buttermilchkaltschale with sour chanterelles, while the mushroom risotto with peach-rosemary honey, marscarpone and pine nuts is the main course.

The Schwammerlrostbraten with chanterelles and roasted onion broth and the Seesabilingsfilet with chanterelle goulash are also recommended.
