The door to the future: insight into the world of work on Apprenticeship Day

Our team from the HR department, together with colleagues from the service area of the Danube Tower, had the privilege to participate in this important event. Our main mission was to offer the future apprentices an insight into the apprenticeship workplace.

A special highlight of our booth was the possibility for visitors to take a virtual tour of the working areas in the Danube Tower through VR glasses. This innovative technology enabled interested parties to get a realistic impression of the daily processes and the working environment that awaits them after successfully completing their apprenticeship.

The response was overwhelming. Many talented young people took the opportunity to talk to our team members and gain valuable insights into the requirements and opportunities that an apprenticeship in the Danube Tower service area entails. It was not only an opportunity for the interested parties to get to know us and our way of working, but also for us to meet potential future employees and understand their expectations and ambitions.

The "Tag der Lehre XXL" fair provided a great platform for information exchange and networking. We are excited about the many engaged and interested young people we met and look forward to welcoming some of them to our team in the near future.

The experience has once again confirmed our commitment to the training and development of young talent and we are already looking forward to the next fair!
