August 29, 2023: Built in 1964, the Danube Tower is approaching its 60th anniversary. Under the motto "Top of Innovation", we are planning a spectacular innovation from 11 September 2023 that will revolutionise the view of Vienna.
What exactly is hidden behind it? We will reveal this secret between the end of October and the beginning of November.
To implement this innovation, the outdoor viewing platform and the indoor area at the lift exit will be temporarily covered with construction fences from 11 September 2023, which will temporarily restrict visibility. This means that it will not be possible to take a 360-degree tour of the outdoor terrace; the indoor terrace will not be affected.
There is no impairment of the view in the Turm Restaurant.
