The use of the Donauturm Media Download is based on the following terms of use:

Donauturm Aussichtsturm- und Restaurantbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.H (hereinafter "Danube Tower") owns the copyright exploitation rights, namely the exclusive and transferable rights to all images, videos and logos (hereinafter "content") from the Danube Tower Media Portal. All available content is protected by copyright. The Danube Tower grants exclusively to agencies, journalists/press, employees of media companies and partners (hereinafter "Users") the permission to use the content free of charge.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the permission to use the work is free of charge, limited in time, non-exclusive, and serves exclusively as a means of promoting the Danube Tower.
By granting the permission of use, the user does not acquire any rights beyond this, in particular no property rights, copyrights or rights of use of the contents.
The free use of the provided content is limited from the time of download until January 31, 2025. Any unauthorized transfer of the provided content to unauthorized third parties or any unauthorized use is prohibited. The provided content may not be changed, edited, redesigned or manipulated.
When using the Danube Tower Image Archive, copyright, name and trademark rights in particular must be respected. For each publication or use of the provided content, a source reference and copyright notice must be placed directly below or next to the respective content: "© Donauturm" or "© Donauturm/Photographer" if the photographer of the content is disclosed by Danube Tower for the respective photo.
By downloading the images and data of the Danube Tower Media Portal, the user accepts the terms of use.
Danube Tower reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time by publishing them on the website https://www.donauturm.at/en/about-us/press/
The use of the content shall be exclusively in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Use and in particular only for application purposes of Danube Tower. Deviating uses of the content must be agreed upon in advance with Danube Tower without exception. Violations will be prosecuted in any case. Any violation of the terms of use entitles Danube Tower furthermore to prohibit further use of the content.
By accepting this Terms & Conditions of Use, the user undertakes to refrain from any improper use of the Danube Tower Media Portal, in particular not to circumvent any security measures of the information service. In the event of an unlawful act, the Danube Tower is entitled to claim damages.
The use of the content in violation of these Terms of Use violates the rights of Danube Tower and, if applicable, of third parties. The user shall be liable for all damages arising from such unlawful use.
Claims of third parties shall be borne by the user and Danube Tower shall be indemnified and held harmless in this regard.
Any liability of Danube Tower for direct or indirect damages, for lost profits, lost data, for consequential damages and for damages resulting from claims of third parties is excluded.
Danube Tower may restrict, terminate or revoke the use of the Media Download at any time and without special reason. The user shall not incur any claims whatsoever against Danube Tower as a result thereof. The user has no right to access the Media Download of Danube Tower.
Should individual provisions of the Terms of Use be or become invalid, they shall be reinterpreted or supplemented in such a way that the economic purpose associated with the provision in question is maintained. The validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain unaffected.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by Austrian law, excluding the conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims arising from and in connection with these Terms of Use is Vienna.
