Important information
We invite you to enjoy our popular brunch, which is held every Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10:30h to 13.30h.
Reservations are available from 10:30h to 11:30h to ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy the variety of our freshly prepared food.
Buffet Dismantling
Please note that we dismantle our rich buffet at 13:15h to prepare for the coffee house service, which starts at 14:00h. Therefore, take advantage of the time until 13:15h to take advantage of our buffet and enjoy the delicious food.
Brunch end
Brunch officially ends at 13:30h, which gives us the necessary time to prepare optimally for the afternoon coffeehouse service. In our coffeehouse we offer a selection of delicious cakes and coffee specialties from 14:00h.
A table reservation is required. The payment of the entrance and lift ticket takes place at the front office, the consumption in the Turm Café.

Breakfast
Miniplundergebäck, Mini puff pastries, a muesli station with various toppings, and dried fruits offer a diverse selection. Additionally, there are jams, Nutella, butter, and milk, as well as fresh fruit and fruit salad with Greek yogurt.

Beverages from April

Soups (rotating selection)
Two soups are available, including a classic beef broth with Viennese garnish and a seasonal cream soup, such as parsnip-celery cream soup with croutons.

Desserts (rotating selection)
A selection of pastries and sweet treats, such as curd schmarrn with raspberry compote, various mousse and cream specialties, as well as a cheese board with grapes, fig mustard, and nuts, completes the offering.

Starters (rotating selection)
Appetizers such as roast beef, salmon variations, and various salads, including tomato-mozzarella and Mediterranean tuna salad, offer a delightful selection. The assortment is complemented by a variety of dressings and sides, such as homemade sauces and pickled vegetables.

Main Courses (rotating selection)
Several hot dishes are available, including meat, fish, and vegetarian specialties. Classics such as roast pork, boiled beef, or veal cream goulash provide hearty enjoyment. Vegetarian options like spinach pockets with arugula and feta, along with seasonal sides and vegetable dishes, complete the selection.
